Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and charges for Ork, the platform operated by BYTSOLV DIGITAL TRANSFORMATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions & billing

Ork offers free and paid plans. Paid plans (such as Ork Pro) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, in United States dollars (USD). Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider.

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us (and Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable fees and any applicable taxes.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. After you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

To cancel, use the billing or subscription controls in your Ork account settings when available, or email support@ork.so from the email address associated with your account. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Canceling does not automatically delete your account or your content. You can continue using free features after the paid period ends, subject to our Terms.

3. Refunds

Except as described below, all fees are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. Canceling a subscription stops future charges; it does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period, including unused time on an annual plan.

4. Exceptions

We will issue a refund (or reverse a charge) when there is a clear billing error on our side or a duplicate charge for the same subscription period. Contact support@ork.so promptly with your account email and payment details so we can investigate.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe back to the original payment method. Timing depends on Stripe and your bank or card issuer and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

6. Taxes

Where required, applicable taxes (including GST) may be charged in addition to subscription fees. Our GSTIN is 32AALCB8838K1Z8.
